The WHLC exists to provide boys and girls with the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of lacrosse in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. We are a volunteer-driven organization, supported by certified coaches and dedicated parents committed to the growth and development of our players.

Player Development Philosophy > In addition to our Spring Travel season, we offer off-season training for grades K–8, often led by trained professionals. We encourage our athletes to participate in a variety of activities and recognize that scheduling conflicts may arise. While we believe players improve by having a stick in their hands as often as possible, we value balance and the overall well-being of each child.
Community and Values > Our goal is to help athletes from Long Hill, Warren, Green Brook, Watchung, and surrounding towns build confidence, develop strong character, and have fun. We strive to field competitive teams at every grade level, but personal growth—both in attitude and skill—always comes first. Teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect are expected from all players, coaches, and parents.
